48V Speed Sensor Harness & Magnet Kit for EZGO TXT Electric — Replaces OEM 620422, 73328G01

This aftermarket replacement kit includes the speed sensor harness (OEM 620422) and the speed sensor magnet (OEM 73328G01) used on EZGO TXT 48V electric carts. The magnet turns with the motor and the sensor reads it, so the speed controller knows how fast the motor is spinning. A failed sensor or a loose magnet can leave the cart running very slowly, surging, cutting out, or showing a speed-sensor fault.

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 30–45 minutes)

1. Put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable.
2. Find the speed sensor at the motor and follow its harness to the connector; take photos of the routing.
3. Unplug the harness, then remove the old sensor and magnet, noting how they are fitted.
4. Fit the new magnet and sensor in the same positions, route the harness the same way and plug it in.
5. Reconnect the battery, set the switch to RUN and test drive slowly.
