Choosing the right charging part
Decide which side failed: the receptacle (socket on the cart) or the plug (on the charger cord).
Match your cart model and the OEM number on the old part.
Look for melted or burnt contacts — a damaged receptacle can also damage the charger plug, so check both.

Charging parts FAQ
What’s the difference between a receptacle and a plug?
The receptacle is the socket mounted on the cart. The plug is the connector at the end of the charger cord. They have to match each other.
My cart won’t charge. Is it the receptacle?
Often it’s the receptacle, the charger plug or the wiring between them. Our battery-not-charging guide walks through the checks.
Will one receptacle fit any electric cart?
No. Receptacles are made to match a specific charger plug, so match your cart model, voltage and the OEM number in the listing.
