Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must have a verifiable quality defect or damage. They must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return — custom-made or personalized items, products that have been installed, used, or modified, items returned without original packaging, and items specifically marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Return Process
Step 1 — Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at sales@golfcartpartsoutlet.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.
Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back. Do not send returns without a Return Authorization number, as they may not be processed.
Step 3 — Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization number. Ship to the following address:

Step 4 — Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or an error on our part (wrong item shipped), SKYWARD Golf Cart Parts Outlet will cover the return shipping costs.
All Other Returns: For returns not related to product defects or our errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a defective item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when you contact us. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the returned item is received and inspected.
Warranty Claims
For items beyond the 30-day return window but still within the 1-2 year warranty period, please contact us at sales@golfcartpartsoutlet.com. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects will be handled with a free replacement part. Please have your order number and photos of the issue ready.
