Our products are replacement and aftermarket parts and are not manufactured by or affiliated with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) such as Club Car, EZGO, or Yamaha. OEM part numbers are referenced for compatibility purposes only.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Products and Pricing
All products listed on our Site are aftermarket replacement parts and accessories for golf carts. We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time. If a product’s correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before processing the order.
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include import duties or taxes that may apply to orders shipped to Canada or Mexico; these are paid by the buyer.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers.
5. Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico from our US warehouse. Shipping is free on orders over $149 to all three countries; smaller orders ship for a flat $69. Orders usually arrive in 7–10 business days in the US, 9–12 in Canada and 9–14 in Mexico.

6. Returns and Refunds
You can return a part within 30 days of delivery if it is uninstalled and in its original packaging, including a part that doesn’t fit your cart. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the part is defective or we sent the wrong item. 7. Product Warranty
All golf cart parts and accessories sold by SKYWARD Golf Cart Parts Outlet come with a one-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
