MCOR Throttle Sensor for Club Car DS, Precedent, Carryall, Tempo & Onward Electric — Replaces OEM 102101101, 103327901, 105116301

This is an aftermarket replacement MCOR (Motor Controller Output Regulator), the accelerator pedal sensor that tells the speed controller on Club Car electric carts how far the pedal is pressed. Club Car parts manuals list it as 102101101 ("REGULATOR, MOTOR CONTROLLER OUTPUT (MCOR)"), 103327901 ("KIT, MCOR") and 105116301 ("MCOR4, TYPE 16 SWITCH"). A worn MCOR usually shows up as jerky or delayed take-off, no movement when you press the pedal, or speed that cuts in and out.

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 30–60 minutes)

1. Put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable.
2. Unplug the MCOR wiring connector and note how the wires are routed.
3. Remove the mounting hardware and take the old MCOR off the pedal assembly, noting how the pedal engages it.
4. Fit the new MCOR in the same position, refit the hardware and plug the connector back in.
5. Reconnect the battery cable, set the switch back to RUN and test the pedal at low speed in a clear area.
