LED Headlight & Taillight Kit for Club Car DS — Replaces Headlight OEM 101988001, 101988002

This aftermarket LED light kit has headlights, taillights and a wiring harness for Club Car DS golf carts. The headlights replace Club Car OEM 101988001 (driver side) and 101988002 (passenger side), listed in the Club Car DS accessories manual as the headlight assemblies in its DS light kits. LED lights are brighter than the original bulbs and draw less power.

• Electric carts may need a 48V-to-12V voltage reducer
• Not for Club Car Precedent, EZGO or Yamaha carts

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 1–2 hours)

1. Electric carts: put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable. Gas carts: remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Mount the headlights in the front cowl and the taillights in the rear body.
3. Route the wiring harness along the frame, away from moving and hot parts.
4. Connect the harness to a 12V power source (through a voltage reducer on 36V or 48V carts).
5. Reconnect the battery and check that all lights work before driving.
