This aftermarket replacement front hub assembly is the part your front wheel bolts to and spins on. It replaces Club Car OEM 102357701, which Club Car parts manuals list as "REPLACEMENT KIT, FRONT HUB" in the front suspension. Replace it if a front wheel wobbles or has play when you rock it, you hear grinding or humming from the front end, or the hub gets hot after a drive.

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 45–60 minutes per side)

1. On electric carts, put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable; on gas carts, remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Lift the front, support it on jack stands and remove the wheel.
3. Remove the dust cap, cotter pin and spindle nut, then slide the old hub off.
4. Clean the spindle, fit the new hub, washer and nut, tighten as your service manual describes and fit a new cotter pin.
5. Refit the dust cap and wheel, check the wheel spins freely without play, then lower the cart and reconnect the battery.
