LED Headlight and Tail Light Kit with Combined Switch for EZGO TXT

This aftermarket LED light kit adds headlights and tail lights to an EZGO TXT golf cart and comes with a combined switch to control them. LEDs use less power than halogen bulbs, which helps on electric carts. Fit it if your cart has no lights for dusk and early-morning driving, or the old lights are dim, cracked, yellowed or keep burning out.

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 1–2 hours)

1. Gas carts: remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable. Electric carts: put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable.
2. Lay out the kit and check all parts before you start.
3. Fit the headlights to the front cowl, the tail lights to the rear body, and the combined switch where the driver can reach it easily.
4. Route the wiring along the frame, away from moving parts and hot engine parts, and secure it with cable ties.
5. Connect the kit to a 12V supply (gas carts have a 12V battery; 36V or 48V electric carts need a 12V source such as a voltage reducer), then reconnect the battery and test every switch position.
