This aftermarket replacement front wheel hub assembly is for older EZGO carts that use hub OEM 19932-G1. Replace the hub when the front wheel wobbles, the bearings are noisy or rough, or the hub is damaged.

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 30–45 minutes per side)

1. Electric carts: put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable. Gas carts: remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Lift the front of the cart and support it securely on jack stands, then remove the wheel.
3. Remove the dust cap, cotter pin and spindle nut, and slide the old hub off the spindle.
4. Clean the spindle, slide on the new hub and fit the spindle nut, tightening it as described in your service manual; fit a new cotter pin.
5. Refit the dust cap and wheel, then spin the wheel to check that it turns smoothly without play.
