This aftermarket replacement micro switch works with the potentiometer (pot box) throttle on EZGO Marathon carts. It is listed as replacing EZGO OEM 25267-G2, 25399-G1 and 27094-G01. If the cart will not move, or only moves some of the time when you press the pedal, a worn micro switch in the throttle box is a common cause.

Installation — difficulty: easy (about 20–30 minutes)

1. Put the Tow/Run switch in TOW (if your cart has one) and disconnect the main negative battery cable.
2. Remove the cover of the throttle (pot) box under the accelerator pedal.
3. Take a photo of the wires on the old switch, then disconnect them and remove the mounting screws.
4. Fit the new switch in the same position and reconnect the wires exactly as in your photo.
5. Check that the switch clicks when the pedal is pressed, refit the cover, reconnect the battery and test at low speed.
