Brake Pedal Mounting Block Set for Club Car DS & Carryall — Replaces OEM 1011402

This aftermarket replacement set contains the upper and lower brake mounting blocks that hold the brake pedal assembly in place. Club Car lists it as OEM 1011402, "PACKAGE, BRAKE MOUNTING BLOCK (CONTAINS UPPER AND LOWER…)", in the Brake Pedal section of its parts manuals, one package per cart. Worn blocks let the brake pedal wobble side to side, clunk, squeak or sit crooked, and the brake can feel less precise.

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 1 hour)

1. Gas carts: remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable. Electric carts: put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable. Chock the wheels.
2. Remove the floor mat or access cover so you can reach the brake pedal mounting.
3. Support the pedal, then unbolt the old upper and lower blocks, noting how they sit.
4. Fit the new blocks in the same positions and tighten the bolts securely.
5. Check that the pedal moves freely and returns fully, then test the brakes at low speed before normal use.
