Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 1–2 hours)

1. Put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable.
2. Remove the old front bumper from its mounting points.
3. Mount the new bumper with the headlights on the same points.
4. Route the wiring harness and connect it to a 12V power source (through a voltage reducer on 36V or 48V carts).
5. Reconnect the battery and check that the headlights work before driving.
