Windshield Channel (Sash Clip) Kit for Club Car DS, Tempo, Onward, Carryall & Villager — Replaces OEM 101444101, 102163001

This aftermarket replacement kit has the plastic windshield channels (sash clips) that hold the windshield edge on Club Car carts. It replaces Club Car OEM 102163001 ("CHANNEL, WINDSHIELD") and 101444101 (windshield bottom / side channel). Replace them when the windshield rattles, slips out of place, or the old channels are cracked or brittle from the sun.

• Club Car Tempo (2019–2023) and Onward (2018–2021) hinged windshields
• Club Car Carryall (2008–2014) and Villager (2008–2018) windshields
• Not for EZGO or Yamaha carts

Installation — difficulty: easy (about 15–20 minutes)

1. Park the cart and support the windshield so it cannot fall.
2. Loosen the windshield mounting hardware and remove the old channels.
3. Fit the new channels in the same positions on the windshield edge.
4. Refit the windshield and tighten the hardware, then check that it sits firmly without rattling.
