Upper Windshield Rubber Clips (Pair) for Club Car DS — Replaces OEM 102005801

These aftermarket replacement rubber clips hold the top edge of a hinged windshield to the roof struts. They replace Club Car OEM 102005801, listed in the Club Car DS accessories parts manual as "CLIP, RUBBER (UPPER WINDSHIELD)", two per windshield. Replace them when the windshield rattles, will not stay closed, or the old clips are cracked or missing.

Installation — difficulty: easy (about 10–15 minutes)

1. Park the cart and support the windshield so it cannot fall.
2. Remove the old clips and clean the area where they mount.
3. Fit the new clips in the same position; use adhesive if your old clips were glued in place.
4. Close the windshield into the clips and check that it holds firmly without rattling.
