Hinged Windshield Clip & Hinge Kit for Club Car DS 1982–2000 (Non-ICS Canopy) — Replaces OEM 102005801

This aftermarket replacement kit has the retaining clips, sash clips and flex hinge parts that hold a hinged windshield on Club Car DS carts with the older (non-ICS) canopy top. Club Car lists the upper rubber clip as OEM 102005801 in its hinged windshield kit for 1982–2000 non-ICS canopy tops. Replace the set when the windshield rattles, will not stay closed or open, or the old clips and hinges are cracked.

Installation — difficulty: easy (about 20–30 minutes)

1. Park the cart and support the windshield so it cannot fall.
2. Note how the old clips, channels and hinge parts are fitted, or take photos.
3. Remove the old parts and fit the new ones in the same positions.
4. Close and open the windshield and check that it holds firmly in both positions without rattling.
