Driver Side (Left) Front Spindle Assembly for Club Car DS & Carryall — Replaces OEM 1010348, 1010342, 1011391

This is an aftermarket replacement left-hand (driver side) front spindle assembly for Club Car DS and older Carryall carts. Club Car parts manuals list OEM 1010348 as "ASSEMBLY, SPINDLE, DRIVER SIDE" in the lower front suspension, one per cart. The spindle carries the front wheel hub and turns with the steering. Replace it if it is bent after an impact or the bearing or thread areas are damaged.

Installation — difficulty: advanced (about 1–2 hours)

1. Electric carts: put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable. Gas carts: remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Lift the front of the cart, support the frame on jack stands, and remove the wheel and front hub.
3. Disconnect the tie rod end from the spindle.
4. Remove the king pin hardware and the old spindle. Fit the new spindle and tighten the hardware to the values in your service manual.
5. Reconnect the tie rod end, refit the hub and wheel, lower the cart and have the alignment checked. A golf cart mechanic can do this job if you prefer.
