Leaf Spring Bushing Kit for EZGO TXT, Medalist & Club Car DS

This is an aftermarket replacement leaf spring bushing kit for EZGO TXT, EZGO Medalist and Club Car DS golf carts. The bushings and sleeves sit in the leaf spring eyes and shackles, so the springs can flex quietly while the suspension stays tight. Worn bushings usually show up as squeaks or clunks over bumps, a loose or wandering feel, uneven tire wear, or bushings at the spring ends that look cracked, flattened or missing.

Installation — difficulty: moderate (about 1–2 hours)

1. Electric carts: put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable. Gas carts: remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Lift the cart and support the frame securely on jack stands so the springs hang free.
3. Working one spring end at a time, remove the spring or shackle bolt and press or drive out the old bushings and sleeves.
4. Fit the new bushings and sleeves, then refit the bolts and tighten them to the values in your service manual.
5. Lower the cart and check for squeaks or play before driving.
