Center Dash Panel for Club Car DS — Replaces OEM 101660404, 101660402, 101660401

This aftermarket replacement center dash panel is the middle section of the dash on Club Car DS carts. Club Car lists it as "PANEL, CENTER DASH": OEM 101660404 (black) on 1998–2011 carts, and 101660402 (black) or 101660401 (tan) in the 1994 DS manual. Replace it when the panel is cracked, sun-faded, has broken mounting tabs, or is full of holes from old accessories.

Installation — difficulty: easy (about 30 minutes)

1. Gas carts: remove the key and disconnect the battery negative cable. Electric carts: put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable.
2. Remove the screws holding the center dash panel and ease it out.
3. Take photos of any wiring, then move the key switch and any other switches or accessories from the old panel to the new one.
4. Fit the new panel and refit the screws.
5. Reconnect the wiring as in your photos, reconnect the battery and check that everything works.
