EZGO Inductive Throttle Sensor for TXT & Valor Electric — Replaces OEM 25854G01

This aftermarket replacement inductive throttle sensor reads how far you press the accelerator pedal and sends that signal to the speed controller on EZGO electric carts. It replaces EZGO OEM 25854G01 (also written 25854-G01), which EZGO parts manuals list as "INDUCTIVE THROTTLE SENSOR" in the accelerator section. Signs it is failing: the cart won’t move or only moves sometimes, jerks or surges, or never reaches full speed even with the pedal down.

Installation — difficulty: easy (about 20–30 minutes)

1. Put the Tow/Run switch in TOW and disconnect the main negative battery cable.
2. Find the sensor at the accelerator pedal, take a photo of how it sits, and unplug its connector.
3. Remove the mounting screws and take out the old sensor.
4. Fit the new sensor in the same position, refit the screws and plug it in.
5. Reconnect the battery, set the switch to RUN and check the pedal response at low speed.
